  • Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  • Urad dal – 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
  • Green coriander – 2 tsp (finely chopped)
