कोल्ड कॉफी बनाने की विधि
यह एक बेहतरीन पेय है. इसे अक्सर हम गर्मियों में पीना पसंद करते है. गर्मियों के दिनों में आप गर्मी में से घर आते हो और घर आते ही ठंडी ठंडी कॉफ़ी पीने को मिल जाये तो आपका दिन ही बन जाता है. यह एक रिफ्रेशिंग कॉफ़ी है और बहुत ही टेस्टी लगती है.
यह आपको हर जगह मिल जाएगी. पर अब आपको इसे पीने के लिए कही बहार जाने की जरूरत नहीं है. पेश है खास आपके लिए होटल जैसी कोल्ड कॉफ़ी की रेसिपी. तो घर पर ही इसे बनाइये आनंद उठाइये.
- कोल्ड कॉफी बनाने के लिए एक छोटे प्याले में कॉफी पाउडर और गुनगुना पानी डाल कर चम्मच से मिलाइए और कॉफी का घोल बना लीजिए. (कॉफी को गुनगुने पानी में मिलाकर घोल बनाने से यह अच्छी तरह घुल जाती है.)
- हैंड मिक्सी का जार लीजिए. (अगर आपके पास हैंड मिक्सी नहीं है तो नॉर्मल मिक्सर जार भी ले सकते हो) और उसमे बना हुआ कॉफी का घोल, 2 कप ठंडा दूध, 4 छोटे चम्मच शक्कर और 4 से 5 बर्फ के टुकड़े डाल कर इसे 2 से 3 मिनट मिक्सी में चलाइए.
- कोल्ड कॉफी बनकर तैयार है.
इसे कांच की ग्लास में निकाल कर सर्व कीजिए.
Preparation Method of Cold Coffee
This is a great drink. We often like to drink it in summer. On summer days you come home and when you get to drink cold coffee, then your day is made. It is a refreshing coffee and tastes very tasty.
You will find it everywhere. But now you do not need to go anywhere to drink it. Here is a special cold coffee recipe like a hotel for you. So make it at home and enjoy it.
- To make cold coffee, add coffee powder and lukewarm water in a small bowl. Mix with a spoon and make coffee solution. (Mixing the coffee in lukewarm water makes it a good solution.)
- Take a jar of hand mixi. (If you do not have a hand mixie, you can also take a normal mixer jar). And add the prepared coffee solution, 2 cups of milk, 4 teaspoons of sugar and 4 to 5 pieces of ice to it in a mixie for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Cold coffee is ready.
Serve chilled cold coffee in a glass and enjoy.
